Christine Wu

Christine Wu is an articled student at Chak Law. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta after completing her undergraduate studies at the University of British Columbia. 

Throughout law school, Christine explored various practice areas through coursework, professional experience, and community involvement. She worked with a family law firm, where she drafted appellate materials and assisted counsel with trial preparation. As an extern with the Alberta Court of Justice, Christine gained firsthand insight into courtroom procedure and judicial decision-making across the Family & Youth, Civil, and Criminal divisions. She also volunteered with Student Legal Services, providing legal assistance to members of the community.

During her studies, Christine worked for several years as a residential real estate assistant, where she developed a practical understanding of residential conveyancing and the importance of guiding clients through significant life events.

Outside of the office, Christine enjoys building LEGO sets and tackling jigsaw puzzles.
