As a Senior Associate Counsel, Linda has over 20 years’ experience working in the Vancouver legal community.  Her focus practice areas are corporate commercial, real estate and wills and estates.  Linda always puts her clients’ needs in the bigger picture.  Finding the best solution is her goal. 

Linda helps businesses and individuals with their commercial contracts including lease agreements, consulting agreements, asset and share purchase agreements,  maintenance of corporate records, corporate financing and investment structures.  Linda also handles residential and commercial real estate transactions. Estate planning (Wills, Estates, and Trusts) is also a major practice area for Linda. 

Linda is a regular speaker for the “Law Talks” at Vancouver Fairchild TV and Radio Station FM96.1.  She is also an active serving member of her church in Richmond.
