Solomon Chiu is a corporate lawyer for the modern lean enterprise. He advises Canadian entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, directors, and shareholders of start-ups and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). He offers business-focused solutions to the purchase and sale of assets and shares, conveyance of commercial and residential property, commercial lease negotiation, and private secured financing.
Formerly, Solomon articled with an illustrious business immigration lawyer. Together, they secured permanent residence for entrepreneurs through provincial nominee programs. They also appealed successfully for spousal reunion before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, Canada’s largest independent administrative tribunal.
Solomon earned his Master’s degree in English Law (with Merit) from the University of Bristol and his Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of British Columbia.
